Online payment is now available. I will be sending out an information sheet in the mail to all tenants very soon. With our online payment system, we can accept both e-checks and credit cards.

We will be accepting online payments once again! We have found a new service through which to process our online payments. In addition to credit cards, e-checks will also be accepted. As soon as we are set up, I will mail an informational letter to all of our tenants regarding this online payment service.

With winter just around the corner, now is a good time to start winterizing your rental property. It is important to prepare your rental property for cold weather ahead of time in order to prevent damages. Please follow the steps below to ensure that your home is properly winterized:

• Disconnect all garden hoses from outside faucets. This is especially important, because failure to do so can lead to pipes freezing and/or bursting.

• If you live in a house, be sure to clean the gutters of all debris. Check the gutters regularly to be sure they remain free of debris.

• Check/change all air filters.

• Check/change batteries in all smoke alarms.

Unfortunately, we are no longer going to offer online payment through PayPal, because their fees to the seller/service provider are too high and causing unacceptable loss on our part. If an acceptable solution is found in the future, we may again offer an online payment feature, but for the moment, this feature is now discontinued.
