If you click "Tenant Services" on the navigation bar, one of the links on that page will direct you to our online payment feature. Our online payments are handled by PayPal, but it is not necessary to have a PayPal account. PayPal can process credit cards, if you do not wish to use or create a PayPal account.

I apologize to anyone who has been calling the rental line within the past couple of weeks and not getting a response. I have been sick lately, and as a result, I've had a lot of trouble keeping up with the rental calls. If you haven't received a call back, please try again, or even send me an email. Sometimes the emails are easier for me to keep up with. You may also call the main office at 918-291-3200.

When looking through our list of available homes, you may notice that some do not have photos accompanying them. The photos are usually missing for one of the following reasons: I have not had the opportunity to take photos because a tenant is still living at the property at the moment OR the property is undergoing major renovations and posting photos of it's current condition at this time would do it a disservice. Otherwise, I do my best to make photos available.

To anyone that has sent an email requesting info, I apologize for the lack of response. I just realized that it was being sent to the wrong email account, and as a result, I haven't seen them until today. I have since fixed this error. All info request emails should now go to the correct email account.

I hope to have the online payments feature available soon. I plan to have it up and running sometime next week, as long as my schedule allows it.
